
Returns and Exchanges
Returns and Exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 7 days of ship date for items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL tags attached (if applicable). Footwear returns and exchanges must include the original shoe box in its original condition and shoes must not be worn.
Due to our unique product offerings and limited inventory NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 7 DAYS OF THE ORIGINAL SHIP DATE FOR USA ORDERS.
CANADIAN AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE ALL FINAL SALES due to our unique product offerings and limited inventory. We will however accept exchanges within 30 days of original ship date. Please follow instructions for exchanges below.
For Returns :
Please email CustomerService@FashionStarved.com for an RO# and return address. Include in your email the item(s) with reason for the return. Once you receive your RO#, include in your secure package the invoice along with your tagged merchandise and ship to the address given with your RO#. Once your package has been received, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within fourteen (14) business days. You will be notified via email to the email address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
For Exchanges :
Please email CustomerService@FashionStarved.com for an RO# and return address. Include in your email the item(s) with reason for the exchange and item(s) in which your would like to have in exchange. Once you receive your RO#, include in your secure package the invoice along with your tagged merchandise and ship to the address given with your RO#.
We'll send in-stock items to you right away. If there is a difference in price between the new item(s) purchased and the item(s) returned we will charge your credit card, or issue a refund accordingly.
Things you should know about returns or exchanges of merchandise you have purchased from Fashion Starved, Inc. Online Boutique:
ALL RETURNED/EXCHANGED MERCHANDISE MUST HAVE RO#.
ALL RETURNED/EXCHANGED MERCHANDISE MUST HAVE TAGS IN PLACE
ALL RETURNED/EXCHANGED MERCHANDISE MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY ORIGINAL INVOICE.
WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS/EXCHANGES FOR MERCHANDISE THAT HAS BEEN WORN, ALTERED, OR WASHED.

NO EXCHANGES WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 30 DAYS FROM ORIGINAL SHIP DATE FOR CANADIAN AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.
PLEASE NOTE : securely pack and seal the return/exchange merchandise and invoice in original packaging or an appropriate shipping box or envelope (except shoes which must be returned in their original box), and send back to us using an insured service to the address below. (This will provide you with recourse on your package, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves and may be lost or damaged in transit).
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. However, if you receive merchandise from FashionStarved.com that is incorrect or damaged upon arrival, we will happily issue a merchandise credit equal to Fashion Starved's standard shipping cost to help cover your return shipping cost.
